Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to minor repair and maintenance services performed by TSP Contracting.

1. Scope of Service

Service and repair work is limited to the issue described in the estimate or work order. Work performed is intended to address the specific problem identified during the inspection or service request.

2. Diagnostic Services

Some service calls require troubleshooting to determine the cause of the issue. Diagnostic time and evaluation may be billed even if the client decides not to proceed with the repair. The diagnostic process helps determine the appropriate repair solution.

3. Additional Work Authorization

If additional issues are discovered during the service visit, the technician will notify the client and provide an updated estimate before proceeding. No additional work will be performed without the client’s approval.

4. Access to Work Area

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. The client is responsible for securing pets, removing belongings that may interfere with work.

5. Limited Warranty

Service and repair work includes a limited workmanship warranty of 90 days from the date of completion unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

6. Repair Limitations

Service repairs address the specific issue identified during the visit. Because existing systems or materials may have multiple underlying conditions, resolving one issue does not guarantee that unrelated problems will not occur in the future.

7. Payment Terms

A service trip fee is required prior to scheduling the service appointment. The trip fee covers technician travel, initial inspection, and diagnostic evaluation.

Once the trip fee and/or deposit is received, the service visit will be scheduled.

Payment for completed repairs is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:
• Credit Card
• ACH / Bank Transfer
• Check

Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays or additional charges.

8. Service Authorization

Approval of this estimate and service proposal constitutes authorization for TSP Contracting to perform the work described and acceptance of the terms and conditions listed above.
